Describe how you plan to use your education to make a meaningful impact in your chosen field or community.

Please respond to the essay prompt , in the space above, corresponding to the scholarship(s) for which you are applying. Each essay should be no more than 750 words and should reflect your personal experiences, values, and future goals. You may attach a typed document or write your response directly in the space provided.

All applicants must include the following materials with their submission:


Academic transcripts that show most recent GPA.


At least one letter of recommendation from a teacher, mentor, advisor, or community leader who can speak to your character, work ethic, and potential.


A detailed list of community service activities that include dates, roles, and a description of responsibilities.


A summary of leadership roles held, such as organizational involvement, club positions, or volunteer leadership.
